On the site, we offer the opportunity for patients, caregivers and others to provide personal information in exchange for additional services and information. The information is provided by web site users on a voluntary basis. The Champions of Courage web site does not automatically collect any information about people visiting the site, does not use "cookies," and will not use voluntarily provided personal information to collect additional data without your consent.
We will not sell, rent or otherwise make available personally identifiable information collected on championsofcourage.org for third party use.
Champions of Courage will not use personally identifiable information collected on this site for purposes other than those related to the Program. We do reserve the right to use the information collected in aggregate and anonymously for business purposes.
