Coping Well is a monthly MS Wellness Program founded by Champion Barbara Roehrig. These Denver area events combine a short Guided Imagery Meditation session, followed by a featured monthly speaker with a Q&A afterwards. Those outside the area can register to participate by phone.

People with MS with The Courage to Give (info at Amazon.com) is a collection of 24 stories of men and women with multiple sclerosis who are living extraordinary lives. They have countered their own challenges by doing new things, or old things in a new way, and have found the courage to reach out to others and make the lives of those around themsometimes tens of thousands of livesso much better. The author's proceeds are being donated to the NMSS. Five Champions of Courage will be featured: Loia Feuchter, , Kathleen Wilson and Anthony Zaremba.
