Another Blue Ribbon!
Anthony was awarded First Place in the Watercolor Division at Ocean County College's 28th Annual Senior Citizens Art Exhibition. The presentation took place on June 4, 2004 at the Ocean County College Fine Arts Gallery. His winning watercolor entitled Serenade (another of his classical musical paintings) now moves on to the New Jersey State Finals to compete with winners from the other 18 New Jersey counties.
The New Jersey State Senior Art Exhibit finals will be held at the Hunterdon County Complex, on Route 12, Flemington, New Jersey. The show runs from September 1-29, 2004, and the Artist Reception and Awards Ceremony takes place on Thursday, September 30, 2004. Serenade and a host of other wonderful works of art will be on display at the Hunterdon exhibition.
