Here are the first photos from Martha Patt's Illinois yoga workshops! Martha was assisted once again by Naomi Reynolds. Also in attendance...our own Champions of Courage Executive Director Liz Pendergast! The workshops were a huge success -- in total nearly 100 people participated.

The 100 minute video includes four yoga sequences for people with varied physical ability levels—some postures require a helper.
