Yoga Seminars a Success!

Martha Patt was on a "Rocky Mountain high" following her two successful yoga seminars June 11 and 13, 2001 in Fort Collins and Denver, Colorado. More than 90 yoga instructors and people with MS attended the sessions where they learned adaptive yoga postures, using fundamental Iyengar principles, and experienced a fun and revitalizing practice. Martha and yoga instructor Naomi Hiller-Reynolds demonstrated moves that help improve bodily functions including digestion, bowel and bladder function along with calming the anxious mind. The seminars were given in conjuction with the National MS Society. Fellow Denver-area Champions Eric Simons had the opportunity to participate as well. Martha received excellent evaluations from MS clients and yoga instructors alike.
